Randy R. Knoche, D.C. opened Springs Chiropractic in Colorado Springs in 1986. He grew up in Roswell, New Mexico then attended New Mexico Military Institute, South Plains College, and San Jacinto College. Upon graduation from Texas Chiropractic College he moved to Colorado Springs. He specializes in sports injuries, work and auto injuries, headaches, back pain, shoulder, knee, ankle, and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and exercise rehabilitation. 

David P. Doyle, D.C. joined us in 1998. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Upon graduation from Logan Chiropractic College in Chesterfield, Missouri, he moved to Colorado Springs. He specializes in work injuries, health and nutrition, neck, mid back, and low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sports injuries, and exercise rehabilitation. 

Ryan S. Knoche, D.C. joined us in 2003. He grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, then attended Adams State College in Alamosa, CO and Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. He is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College in Pasedena, TX. As a former college athlete, he specializes in sports injuries, work and auto injuries, and all types of back and extremity pain, and exercise rehabilitation.
