Megan graduated from the Neuromuscular Therapy program at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017 and is an active member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She has worked in a variety of positions since then, learning to hone her skills and finding work she is truly passionate about.
Massage therapy is in a period of transition from being relaxation focused to medically focused; a proper massage can help reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and manage both short-term and chronic pain.
It is Megan’s passion to use Deep Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage and Cupping, to improve people’s lives by reducing stress, and muscle tension. She strives to prevent injury, promote faster recovery, and help reduce everyday pain.
