Dr. Knoche opened Springs Chiropractic in Colorado Springs in 1986. He grew up in Roswell, New Mexico then attended New Mexico Military Institute, South Plains College, and San Jacinto College. Upon graduation from Texas Chiropractic College he moved to Colorado Springs. He specializes in sports injuries, work and auto injuries, headaches, back pain, shoulder, knee, ankle, and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and exercise rehabilitation. Dr. Knoche is also one of the top practitioners of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy in the country, often traveling to train others on this non-invasive regenerative medicine.
